At Primal Peps UK, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our research products, please review this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Research Products

All products sold by Primal Peps UK are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes and are not intended for human or animal consumption.

Returns

To maintain product integrity and quality assurance, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered.

Returns may be considered only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition, subject to our approval.

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@primalpepsuk.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Products returned without prior authorization

• Clearance or final sale items, where applicable

Limitation

Primal Peps UK reserves the right to deny any refund or return request that does not comply with this policy.
